My truck wont start after warmed up or in warm weather, (over50 deg. Or so). The dealership replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, cfi unit (spider shaped deal with f press reg. In it, pcv, throt pos sensor, temp sensor, air filt, plugs, dist cap, and did a Justice Bros Emission clean. Today they are scanning again and want to do a JB Terra clean also, which cleans top end ps. Truck was owned by slow driving old man and engine has alot of sludge. HOWEVER it does run VERY SMOOTH AND GOOD> just wont start after warm. Also 2 days ago, right after discovered fuel leaking under vortec cover and replacing CFI unit the motor developed a slight knock now

Sounds like they are leaning towards fuel related.

So they should clean off the radiator, it can be hot enough to cause the fuel to vaporize in the throttle body and vapor lock even though it isn't carbed.

If that isn't it id have them check the ignition system. I.E coil, ignition module, plug wires, distributor pick up.
