Driving along acessory lights would come on and engine would die for a few seconds and resume operation. Its been doing that off and on for a couple months. Then going to work it did it again and did not come back on. Now engine will spin but wont crank. It doesnt seem to be getting gas or firing. 20 amp ign fuse has no current. All dash board accy lights will not illuminate. I'm thinking ECM?
Any one have a clue?

Nonono. Dont replace ecm for this problem. Check fusible links at the starter motor or junction block, also check battery connections, I think you will find one of the fusible links broken inside the insulation.

20 amp ign fuse has no current-this fuse powers the fuel injector, try giving it power from the battery and see what happens
