Truck turns over, has spark and fuel to plugs. New wires, cap, rotor, pick up coil, fuel filter. Has a remote star that we disconnected and still same result. Sounds like it wants to start but won't, was able to get it running other day and timing was on sounded good but died after several minutes. Suggestions?

Check your fuel pressure if it is TBI it should be 11# or so. Change the fuel filter. And then check the pickup coil in the distributor for ohms. It may be bad.

Preasure is good, pick up coil new. New plugs were fouled, with 2 out of 6 bad. Replaced and started, but died after few minutes would not rev up, checked throttle position sensor, was not good, replaced and started, but after couple minutes is started to flood itself out

Check the compression of the 2 cylinders that ar fouledout. I'd bet you have a valve/internal engine problem. I 'm assuming that the cylinders are getting spark to the spark plug.
