We have replaced the battery, starter, and ground wire. When the vehicle setr for several hours it starts, but if it is warm it will not start. Could it be the alternator?

How good is the positive cable. Are all the surfaces for the starter, ground, ect clean. You have a high resitance somewhere in the system.

Replaced the negative but not the positive. It has been getting worse over time. All connections were wire brushed against the frame. And battery is new. I didn't know the positive cable could go bad. I am a double amputee and rely on my daughter to get me around and am on fixed income.
