Truck fires up no problem when cold. Drives fine NO issues, idles smooth ect. If you shut it off it wont start. Cranks over (engine vibrates kinda strange though) at first if I pumped the gas peddle like a madman it would eventually fire. As of yesterday this did not work. I tried holding the peddle all the way to the floor also to no avail. Tried some starting fluid. It fired for a second then died. Im thinking fuel pump but if it was the fuel pump why would it start fine cold and run like a champ, but not fire warm?

If it fires with starting fluid, there is a fuel issue. Start by checking fuel pump pressure when this happens. Here is a how to for checking it.

Let me know what you find. Also, the fuel pump may be just getting weak. You'll know after checking.
