Hello, I have a 2001 Chevrolet Impala 3.4 Liter with 80,000 miles. The check engine light came on and the temperature gauge stopped working. The code said that there was a problem with the temp. Sensor. I replaced the sensor and the check engine light turned off and the gauge started working. Two days later the check engine light came on and temp gauge stopped working again. I repeated the process of changing the temperature sensor and gauge still doesn't work. Can somebody please help me? Thanks

Ok when you changed your temp. Sensor, the plug-in that plugs into the sensor has short circuited, happens alot on chevy's, take a meter to her first before you take any steps to fix.
