Thats the cars security system, it shouldnt start if the light is blinking. Your gonna have to inspect it or take it to the people who intalled it to inspect it, Because it shouldnt be blinking like it does unless the security is activated, its an anti theft device and shouldnt be triggered unless someone breaks into the car or breaks the steering column.
