where to locate fuse for air contioner in 1989 chevy 3/4 ton truck

The fuse panel is located behind a cover in the dash to the left of the steering column.

You'll be looking for these fuses:

No.9 Aux Htr A/C 25amp
No.10 Htr A/C 20amp
