When I turn my lights on, the headlight on the driver side is very dim. This happens even when I turn on the high beams. My right turn signal is not flashing fast, so I do not think that light is going. When I first turn on the car and take it out of park, the headlight signal inside on my dash flickers for about three seconds until it goes out and my service light comes on. What is this, and is it expensive to repair?
