2001 Chevy Cavalier Too strong

My ac has four settings and on the first two you can't feel the ac but once you put it on three or four the ac is blasting. What do you think is the problem so I can have different levels of ac?

Sounds like the blower motor resistor has gone bad. I've seen where all speeds except the high speed have stopped working. Hope this helps.
