My battery is perfectly fine voltage from alt and batt. Its cranking but not starting. My odometer reads error after a few seconds.

When I turn to on position but not crank it, my Daytime running lights indicator, flashes on off 4-5 times and then my anti-theft light and empty gas light comes on after a couple of seconds. When there is near half a tank in it.

Also when turned on my gas gauge does not go up or anything. I believe there is something wrong with the BCM or something computer related causing this.

I have also tried to reset the anti theft by trying to turn car on leaving in on position for 10 minutes but the light for the anti theft is still there. It is not flashing just solid.

Try this:

Turn key on
security light flashing
try to start and let go leave key on
security light flasher for about 10 min
when it stops
turn key off and start car
key needed to be reprogrammed
happy driving after that
in some rare cases you may have to do that 3 times total of 30 min
