THE ENGINE IDLES UP HIGH AND THEN REAL LOW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTCOMES ON AND THE TEMP GAUGE PEGS OUT THEN DROPS TO ZERO LIKE ITS NOT WORKING THEN IT WILL JUMP BACK UP.

First step here is get the codes read. Autozone will do it free and give you a printout. Do not take thier advice on what to replace. Post the codes here when you have them.
