Engine Cooling problem
1996 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

my car overheats, thermostat has been replaced and there are no gasket or water pump problems. What could be the problem and how would it be fixed? And what would be an estimated cost if it cant be done by me.

Make sure you have coolant in it, the system is completely bleed out and the cooling fan is working

All 3 were done/are fine.
It seems like something is blocking the coolant from gettin to the engine and its coming back up leaking out of the coolant storage tank. When it over heats there is also no heat coming from the car. I was told something may be clogged up somewhere. The car didnt act like that until I recent had the entire exhaust system replaced but the shop says it has nothing to do with what they did. Any other ideas?
