1990 Cavalier stalling at a stop

I have a 1990 cavalier z24 with 200640 miles on it. Its got a lot. When I go to stop the rpms drop and bounce untill the car stops moving or I give it gas. It does it around turns too when im slowing down. I would donate more but its all I had on paypal. Ill give more when I put more on.

Has it been tuned up? Remember to use OEM parts, cheap tune up parts are exactly that- cheap parts. Remove the air intake tube and clean around the throttle plate inside the throttle body with some carb cleaner.
