1989 Chevy Cavalier V6 Front Wheel Drive Manual 70,000 miles

Hello, I have a 1989 Cavalier with the 2.8 Multi Port Fuel Injection. I have replaced the Coolant sensor, checked the fuel pressure which is fine and checked the pressure regulator, which is ok. I have also replaced the fuel filter, and there is no codes present. The car starts fine when warm but will not start when colder than 0 deg Celsius. Any Ideas?

Check the spark plugs, especialy the gap. Make sure the gap is to spec.

I have seen the crankshaft angle sensor go bad and cause this problem, also it will not leave a code when this sensor stops working. Here is the location so you can swap it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
