I just bought a 1984 z28 camaro stored in a garage for three years and its turn signal on drivers side works fine but passenger side does not flash but lights out side are on.I also noticed that right side causes the gauges to go haywire. With headlights on and right side turn signal on parking lights on right side go out and still does not flash.I bought a new turn signal switch and installed it with no improvements. Hazzards do not work at all. Please help!

Suspect a poor ground on one of the right side bulbs. Use a cheap digital voltmeter to measure the voltages on the brass bulb bases when they are turned on. There should be 0 volts on them.

If you find about four to six volts on the front one, look for a burned out side marker light. GM is famous for their goofy front signals that alternate the front and side lights when the running / tail lights are turned on. The front and side lights work together when the runnng lights are off.

I can't remember if Camaros had that system. You would know by watching the left side.
