how do i take the pins out of the door hinges?

how do i take the pins out of the hinges to replace them, all four front hinges need to be replaced but can't figure out how to do the top hinge on either side

I use a dremel cut off tool or a mini hacksaw. Cut it bend it so you can hit both ends from the middle out.

I put a floor jack under the door with a block of wood, then use a large punch to drive the pins upward and replace the pins and bushings one at a time, you will need a helper to hold the door steady while you work. Here is how the job is done while using the spring compressor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
