Parked the car, and it won't restart. It cranks but will not turn the motor over. I have full power inside, bought a new battery because the other one was toast, replaced the throttle control and the thermostat. still nothing. Still cranks but will not turn over. No signs or warnings otherwise.

Hi,

Most times a crank no start condition is caused by either a loss of spark to the plugs (ignition related) or fuel. Here is what I need you to try. See if the engine will start for a couple of seconds using starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we know it is a fuel-related issue.

If it makes no difference, then I need you to check for spark to the plugs. Here is a link that explains how to check:

Let me know what you find. Also, if you could record it cranking and upload it for me to hear, it may help me.

Take care,

Joe
