My car starts but then would putter out and stall?

My car starts but then would putter out and stall. Like I was out of gas. It would turn over and start idle for a few seconds but it would not stay started. And it stalls. Change the fuel filter and now my car wont start at all. It does not even turn over, nothing. Also, I have no fuel pressure now.

That did not work. When I turn the key to start the car it makes a sound that rapid clicking and the gauges start going crazy after I turn the key back to the off position.please help any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated

have battery checked for condition including load test. make sure battery is charged and terminals are clean if there is a charging problem it can be tested at same time.
