Car not starting it wouldn’t make a noise?

I didn’t drive my car for 3-4 weeks and when I tried to start it, it wouldn’t make a noise. I used a variety of jump boxes as well as buying some jumper cables and hooking up to my friend’s car. When hooked up it will either make a ratata sound and then a lot of beeping or there will be one or two cranks and then beeping. The car needs to be hooked up to another source to lock or use the trunk release inside. When I hooked up to a friend’s car we sat there for about 30 minutes trying, including her putting revvs in. bump starting does not work either even after charging. The battery is about a month old.
