Welcome to 2CarPros. That is different, however I think it is the sound of a brake squealer rubbing on a rotor. When it is doing it if you lightly step on the brakes does it stop or get louder? How about if you turn while the sound is there, any change? If you drive along and the noise is there, shift the car into neutral, is there any change in the sound? How about if you shift to neutral and let off the gas?
What has been tried or looked at in the attempt to find the problem?
What I would probably do would be to put it on a lift and get the tires off the ground. Then see if you can duplicate the noise. Then walk around the car to find the spot where it is loudest. Then start searching.
It's possible it's something strange like a bad engine or transmission mount letting the engine move and something rubs but I would expect that to make the noise while stopped as well. To test that, put the car in gear and hold the brakes while giving it some gas, does it make the same noise?
