Car does not start

My car quit running few days ago, two days later it started again. I went to work, went home, went to shop then car shut off again. When I try to start the lights go on and off but car does not start. After a few swings it sounds like the battery is drained, but all lights on dash is clear. Then I try to jump and engine swings again but still car does not start and lights go on an off.

Sounds as if there is a loose or dirty power or earth cable. Start looking here and also get the alternator charge rate tested and also get the battery load tested as well. Start here.

Other sounds that I hear is the relay fuses. When I turn the key the engine does not turn. Now but battery is full, if I connect jump cables it swings perfect. But, that is all it does, no start.

I would check the positive battery cable they has many problems with those in that car. Try moving the cable around to see if the car acts up or fixes itself.
