Do you mean throttle? Not sure why a turtle is on the vehicle. If you mean it dies when you hit the throttle, start by checking the fuel pump pressure. It may have a weak pump.

Been driving 96 camry with check engine light on for a long time. Had it checked once, was told it was one of the O2 sensers. Recently I pulled the EFI fuse to reset the ECU, so as to get a fresh code set to repair. Emmediately after pulling fuse and restarting car, engine will not idle and has no power from initial exceleration. Engine seems to missfire and will gradually excelerate but has very little power. Car ran fine before pulling EFI fuse, although it seemed to chug and missfire under a load when traveling at highway speeds. The surging would be more noticed on a incline and under a load. Any Idea's?

Could be one of the following below:

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
