My car cranks and cranks but won't turn over I've changed the distributor and the timing belt I got a f22A6 engine and I'm pretty sure the timing is right and the firing order 1342. I have no idea what else to do.

No problem, we can get it running for you. Can you spray starting fluid into the intake, and does it run? Also, when the engine is cranking over does it sound right? If you upload a short video of the engine cranking, I can see if it is hurt or not or you can do a compression test by following this guide.

also, this guide can help as well:

Please go over these guides and report back.

Does your check engine light illuminate with the key on engine off? If it doesn't then you most likely have a faulty main relay located under the driver side panels. Let us know if you need the location.
