Check fuse first.
You can buy a tool called a noid light, you unplug injector and plug noid light into individual injector harness, crank engine, noid light should light up and pulse, if not then fuse or injector drivers in ECM.

I had the same problem once I bought my 1992 Honda Accord EX. Did exactly what you did. Check or replace main fuel relay fuse another thing most likely is your distributor. Either replace it with a new one which will cost you around $60.00 or buy distributor on eBay or Amazon or else it will cost you $200.00 without taxes. Takes around 3 days to come in the mail and very easy to to replace. The wires in your distributor are most likely getting bridle but when you do mark a line on it so you know where the timing should be.
