The code scanner plug has no voltage, also the cigarette lighter don't work. If a fuse is bad, which one and where is it located.

I have a 2004 buick rendezvous. I was changing the fuse for the cigarette lighter a couple of days ago, long story short, it isnt the fuse I need a new cigarette lighter. Can someone tell me how to go about doing that. Also, later the same day when I went to town I noticed my door ajar light was on. All the doors are shut. Played ring around the buick shutting them and nothing I cant figure it out. I locked it when I went in the store and the alarm kept going off. HELP! How do I fix this?

Try resetting your alarm system first, then for lighter they usually screw in hold back piece unscrew center piece if alarm still goes have it scanned may be a body module problem. Also make sure headlight switch doesn'thave interior light son. Body module may be light problem as well a pro will need to scan
