An ADV fuse blows when the car is started. no power to windows, radio, sunroof or interior lights.

check for a short from ignition switch to fuse box. Ignition three goes to switch which then powers circuits that you are having problems with.

also check battery 1 and ignition 1 fuses under-hood they are like 60 amp.
