2002 Builck Rendezvous Windshield wiper issue

The wipers on my Rendezvous keep getting stuck on each other and are not extending out as far as they should when they are not getting stuck. Is this the motor itself or a control module or what? Obviously the timing is off. Whatever it is how hard is it to get to in a packed in Rendezvous for me to replace?

Sounds like the wiper arm nut is stripped try tightening it or where the linkage meets up with the motor check that too.
