1995 Buick Regal wont start

1995 Buick Regal 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 162k miles

Car had been over heating for about a week was feeding it water and antifreeze. Found a broken hose under the altenator and it had a platic peace that was broken off from the engine were it feed in too the block. Started the car moved it about 10 ft and shut it off. And now when I got to turn it on it revs up for a spit second and shuts right off. Did I lock my engine up.

Now when I got to turn it on it revs up for a spit second and shuts right off. Is it still doing it? Might want to check if there's coolant in the cylinders if so it could cause the engine to hydrolock. Also check the fuel pressure.
