car will start, after getting hot will not start. If I unplug the mas car will start

When you mention the "mas" are you refering to the mas air flow sensor? If so, have you tried to clean it? They make a special cleaner for the MAF that you can get at most parts stores. Also, when it refuses to start, have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?
