1993 Buick Regal not blowing

Im not sure what to do because i've never ran into this problem before. The heater is not blowing any air, or air conditioner. I checked the fuses and relays. Could it be the blower? Please help

Could be the blower motor itself-try direct power to it and see what happens if it comes on-find the blower motor resistor and test it. Could also be the control switch.
