Sorry for the late reply.
Note the diagram. Did you check voltage and ground for the seat switch. Orange wire is voltage. Black wire is ground. The voltage at circuit breaker is hot all the time, so check for voltage. If your sure it is the relay, there may be several relays in your vehicle that are the same, read on the relay, if you find one the same, swap them out for testing, see if it helps.
Sometimes you can feel of relay when trying to operate seat switch, if it is getting noticeably warm or hot, that sounds like a seat motor has a problem. There are three motors under driver side seat.
There are many online automotive parts stores, rockauto. Com is one and there are many. If you want to buy a relay. Your local autostore might be able to help you.
