When you say "Windows roll down", do you mean all of the cars interior electronics work, or just the windows?

First, check the battery connections. It's possible the bat has enough power to operate your electronics, but not enough to turn the starter.

If you bat connections are O.K, you could've knocked an electrical connection loose somewhere under the hood.

If your engine was running fine after the accident, but doesn't want to start after a shut off, I'd say the power wire was knocked loose on a relay or solenoid at the starter, or the ground strap leading from your engine block to the frame or battery was knocked loose.
