The following could be the cause: Starter, starter relay, park/neutral switch, ignition switch and blown fusible link

Starter is 2 months old. Battery less than a year old. I turned motor over via fanbelt, because I had a problem with the last starter binding. It would let go if turned over, and this one isnt. The column was loose when I bought it, and I fixed that too. Im wondering if the actual switch down in the column was affected then and finally let go.
