The level of damage has not yet been determined by the report you provided, so I would need more information to make an intelligent and informed response. Has the engine been condemned? If so, for what reason? Have the threads pulled out? At 90k miles with an overheated engine, I would say the possibility of a cracked cylinder head is very high. If during reassembly with the original block and a good cylinder head, the cylinder head bolt threads in the block pull out, then a new motor is the next step.
