Sounds like there is a parasitic drain on the battery, probably from the radio. To figure it out, you will need a multi-meter ($15.00 at the parts shop). Disconnect one of the battery cables from the battery. Take your multi-meter, and turn it on, set to 20V DC. Take one lead and connect it to the newly disconnected battery cable, and connect the other lead to the battery post. You should see some sort of reading. Now start unplugging fuses, one at a time, until you see a large drop in the meters reading. You will know it when you see it. You have now identified the circuit, Let us know which fuse it was and I will personally look up what is on that circuit. Personally, I would start with the fuse for the radio.
While you are at it, check all of the fuses in the fuse box that is under the hood. Make sure that they do not look burnt. I am attaching an image of a blown fuse.
So let us know what you find and we'll go from there.
