My 1998 Audi A4 makes squeaking noises in the front while turning the wheel. It sounds like a suspension part or something other than the motor. Could it be bushings, struts or shocks? It also makes the squeaking noises when going straight too.

Hi there,

have the front brakes checked, often pads have a metal wear indicator tab that rubs on the rotor when the pads are worn down to a point that they need replacing, this may be an audible warning to check the pads, start here.
