I drove out to go for a meal and my car was fine, no issues over speed bumps at all. On my way back I noticed the car wasn't driving quite the same and noticed it more when I got to the speed bumps where my car was grinding over the bumps. When I got home I found my front end was very close to the ground, which was not like it before. What could this be? Not long had the car so I am taking it back to the garage to get it sorted.

You likely have the hydraulic leveling system and part of it has failed. This requires some very technical equipment to work on either the hydraulic or electrical controls. I suggest the dealer as very few independent shops are equipped to do this.
