Will not start

Hello, my truck will not start, turnkey only ABS light on. Wait like 20 seconds and dash cluster lights come on, but no start checked PCM fuse and relay and still nothing. plugged my scanner in and have power but won't read PCM.

Is the battery fully charged? Are battery terminals tight, clean, and free of corrosion? When you turn the key to the start position, does anything happen? For example, a click, or all power temporarily lost.
