Just replaced right front hub assembly and car makes noise when turning hard right.
what could I have done wrong?

No idea but is it a "clicking noise?"

It didn't make noise before I replaced the hub

May be not but CV's are the only thing that clicks when you turn the wheel. It may have failed as a coincidence. Good luck
