Air conditioning blower motor not working

Blower motor working. Air not getting to blend door. Air not coming through anywhere, you can hear fan blowing, but feel no air moving.

Good afternoon.

Does it come out the defroster or the floor? It could be the cabin air filter not allowing air through. It could also be a blower motor failure even though it is running.
