1993 Acura Integra car wont start

I was driving home in the rain 2 nights ago and my car just cut off, so I got it towed home, its been 2 day and it wont start but when I try to start it, it makes a loud clicking noise, any help?

Check to see if the distributor rotor is spinning while the engine is being cranked, if not, the timing belt has snapped.

The engine will not even turn over, just a clunk noise, then the constant clicking noise when I turn the key.
