To check the bigger fuses the easiest way is to use a grounded test lamp to probe either end to test for presence of voltage.
Your problem should not be with the main fuses. Since all fuses are ok, hope you tested with a test lamp, some bad fuse might look good visually, the next most likely fault would be the grounding of the circuit.
I believe not all the components failed at the same time and you could be having a few causes.
For the trunk light turning on with the brakes applied, check the taillight wire harness grounding ini trunk.
For the interior light, did you check the bulb? Does it turn on when the door ajar function is used or when switched on by the manual switch at the light?
As to hrn not working, did you test the horn and power supply to it? It could be the horns are faulty or a bad switch contact.
The headlights not closing could be due to the motor or its controlling circuit such as the switches oe relays.
