The A/C works when it's turned on after starting up in the morning. I can go 5-10 miles with ice cold air coming out of the vents. Then I feel the temperature slowly warming up. I noticed the clutch was not spinning while the A/C was on.
I have stuck a large pry bar down to the clutch and it got stuck to the clutch because of the coil is energized. I then used the pry bar to spin the clutch. It started to slowly spin and engage the compressor. I recently replaced the clutch plate and the pulley, but not the coil. I still have the same problem. I'm thinking the clutch coil is bad.
Am I right?

More than likely you are correct. The way to confirm this is to confirm the voltage is at the compressor.

If you are engaging the clutch with a pry bar and it is working, then the coil is most likely the issue.

Based on all this info I would agree with you and be replacing the clutch and coil, so I am attaching this process below.

Thanks
