Will not start has replace everything

I am at my wits end my husband's SUV won't start. He has replace everything and I mean everything under the hood. He replaced the flywheel put everything back including a new starter and battery and nothing. I have watched him pour hundreds and hundreds of dollars with no results. I understand he loves his truck but what else can he try? Any ideas would help.
