Will not start has replace everything

I am at my wits end my husband's SUV won't start. he has replace everything and i mean everything under the hood. he replaced the flywheel put everything back including a new starter and battery and nothing. i have watched him pour hundreds and hundreds of dollars with no results. i understand he loves his truck but what else can he try? any ideas would help.

Hi,

Since you mentioned the starter and flywheel, I have a feeling the starter isn't engaging. Is that correct? I will wait for your reply on that. In the interim, here are two links to look through. One is for a crank no start, and the other is for a starter not engaging.
