Hey! My friend got into her car, and it would just turn over but will not start.
When I hooked my code reader up to it, I got a P0131 (H02S11) circuit out of range low voltage and P219A Bank 1 Air-fuel ratio imbalance.
Can you please help?
Thanks!

With these codes, one of them is telling us there may be low or no fuel getting to the engine, can you see if the engine will start using starting fluid? If so, it sounds like the low- or high-pressure fuel pump has gone out. If you turn the ignition switch on without cranking the engine over, can you hear the fuel pump in the tank turn on for about 5 seconds? If so, it could be the high-pressure fuel pump.

P0131 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 1): This code suggests that the oxygen sensor in bank 1, sensor 1, is reporting a lower voltage than expected

P219A - Bank 1 Air/Fuel Ratio Imbalance: This code indicates that there's an imbalance in the air/fuel ratio on bank 1 of the engine.

Please go over this guide as well:

If it will not run no starting fluid let's check for spark by following this video:

Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Hey Ken,

So, I haven't tried the starting fluid yet, but I do hear the pump in the tank buzz for a couple seconds when the key is turned over. I will let you know my results with the starting fluid as soon as I run to the store and get some.
Thanks!
