You need to be sure battery has a full charge. If the battery is down get it charged. Check your charging system. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark and proper fuel pressure.
If you think you have too much battery drain with everything off, then check amp draw. Usually not over 50 ma, that is.050 not even a tenth of an amp. If too much amp draw, pull/replace fuses one at a time. When you pull the fuse on the problem circuit, the excess drain goes away. Then check everything on that fuse circuit for a problem.
Check that there are no lights left on, anywhere, interior--exterior--under the hood. For lights left on, best time to check is in the dark. Also, a faulty alternator might cause the battery to drain?
