A couple of weeks ago, the vehicle wouldn't start. All that I heard was a clicking sound. After trying multiple times, it finally started. Now, the vehicle will not start at all. The battery has been tested and tested good. I have tried jumping it and it would give it enough power for the lights and dash to light up, but only clicking instead of starting. I did notice that whenever I took off the negative cable the positive side sparked slightly.

If the positive sparked when you removed the neg cable (which is very odd) I would recommend that you check that it is tight and clean. It sounds like it isn't making a good contact.
