not starting

the car started to run rough. it would try to cut off while driving or while idling. we have replaced the cam and crank sensors along with new plugs and wires but the car still wont start. the key is also stuck in the ignition and doesnt seem to want to come out. what could be causing all this.

We got the key out of the ignition and tried replacing the coil pack. The car is turning over but its not sparking
