Made a noise and felt like was in nuteral got pulled over loud noise shut it off noe just tic tic tic wont start lots of oil underneath.

Check to make sure the battery is fully charged. If you still get a ticking, check flywheel. It sounds like it may have broken which would cause it to feel like it jumped into neutral.
